Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful and safe use of the Replyva platform.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Vendor Terms of Service and applies to all current and future Replyva products in the Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms.
2. Lawful Use
You will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules, including privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, intellectual property, and event-venue requirements.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not upload, store, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
- Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
- Contains malware, phishing, or harmful code
- Is sexually exploitative of minors or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Harasses, threatens, or incites violence or discrimination
- Misrepresents your identity or affiliation
- Violates payment-network or advertising-platform policies you use through the Service
4. Technical Restrictions
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with Service integrity or performance
- Access accounts or data without permission
- Use automated means to scrape the Service except via documented APIs we provide
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls
5. Email & Messaging
You must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, and similar laws. Include valid unsubscribe mechanisms where required. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages through the Service.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts without refund.
