How does storage pricing work?

Your plan pool covers files you deliver to clients—portals, downloads, booth drops, watch links, and similar handoffs. Desk has no file pool. Core includes 25 GB. Unlimited, Agency, and Scale include unlimited deliverables (fair use). On Desk or Core you can add fixed packs (10 GB to 500 GB), pay-as-you-go at 5¢/GB/mo, or unlimited delivery for $20/mo without upgrading your whole plan.

What does unlimited storage include?

Your clients get unlimited access to galleries, films, portals, forms, and downloads you deliver as part of your work—at original quality, with the full CRM on your side. That is included in Unlimited ($42/mo, $28/mo billed yearly). If you separately sell storage as a paid product to clients (optional vendor packages), that capacity is metered to your account at platform cost—not part of unlimited delivery.
